At The Coven, we pride ourselves on the quality of our coffee. This begins are the very beginning - our choice of coffee beans. Without the right beans, we knew we would limit the quality of the coffee.

Fortunately, our cafe ethical policy guided us to what we believe are the best beans available. The beans we have chosen are triple-certified which means that...

• they are certified organic,
• they are certified fair trade and,
• they are certified not to be grown in former rainforest areas.

Making The Coffee

Getting the right beans is important but only the start of the work. Making the perfect coffee requires tender loving care - along with thermometers, a good grinder, top espresso machine and knowledge of burning points of milk and coffee! Unless you get everything right it just doesn't work the way it should - come in and try our coffee to taste and smell the difference!
